Job Description


Role Responsibilities Headcount and Forecasting: Responsible for managing the P2P headcount reporting and forecasting Support end to end monitoring of P2P Costs and help delivering cost target Own the P2P approved positions tracking including role upgrades, cancellations, and cost impact of management decisions Able to interact with TA team and understand the requirements on the new SF tool. Working closely with TA and Central team for end-to-end management of job requisition and related approvals. Act as the central gate keeper for all open roles within JR. Responsible for publishing dashboards from time to time internally to P2P and with wider GFS team. Governance: Help define and implement an open and transparent hiring guidelines and process within P2P. Ensure compliance to Risk and Governance related aspects including SLA, modification notes, billing inputs, growth approvals. Responsible to have a control on open HC vs billed HC and able to close at the earliest on proactive basis. Others: Support all central governance activities that might arise from time-to-time Ensure all Central processes are documented and updated real-time in ARIS Support the overall GPO function on aspects related to Change and People engagement It is important for the individual to be pro-active and be able to connect the dots between the various interlinked activities that this role entails.
