Role Overview

The

Senior Manager - Outreach

will lead the

end-to-end outreach and engagement strategy for the KYF

, building strong relationships with schools, universities, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure wide participation and successful delivery. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and community-building.

Key Responsibilities K Y F Outreach

Lead the outreach strategy for KYF to attract students from India and international markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East, etc.). Build and manage relationships with principals, school networks, education boards, counselors, and higher education institutions. Curate targeted campaigns, presentations, and roadshows to promote KYF globally. Track, manage, and report outreach performance with measurable student participation goals.

Marketing & Brand Development

Support digital campaigns, social media, and content to amplify KYF & Kruu in Schools visibility. Build positioning for KYF as a premium program in the global education space. Co-create success stories, testimonials, and case studies with students and schools.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement

Engage with global university partners, industry collaborators, and NGOs to support KYF objectives. Represent Kruu at conferences, summits, and roundtables to promote KYF & Kruu in Schools. Build alliances with organizations aligned with Kruu's mission for wider reach.

Sales Enablement & Events

Develop pitch decks, outreach kits, and communication material for KYF. Co-lead planning and execution of Kruu events, including Educators Summit, Principal Roundtables, and Student Summits. Ensure KYF & Kruu in Schools presence is amplified at these events.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor outreach effectiveness, track leads and conversions, and refine strategies based on insights. Provide regular reports to leadership on KYF outreach progress.

Candidate Profile - Is This You?

2+ years of experience in

outreach, partnerships, or education marketing

. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Comfort with

international exposure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
