Senior Manager - ORM & Organic Growth - Fintech / Financial Services domain - 5+ Years - Mohali
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - ORM & Organic Growth Professional with 5+ years of experience in protecting brand reputation, scaling communities, and driving organic growth across Reddit, Twitter (X), Quora, Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms.
Location- Mohali (WFO)

Responsibilities: * Owning brand reputation management across Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Discord, Telegram, blogs, and forums.

• Leading community engagement and growth initiatives through campaigns, AMAs, influencer tie-ups, and interactive content.
• Running data-driven growth experiments and A/B tests to boost engagement and sentiment.
• Building and deploying automation tools, dashboards, and bots to streamline monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborating with PR, Marketing, and Growth teams to craft narratives and drive positive sentiment at scale.

Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in ORM, community management, or organic growth roles and in team management.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Discord, Telegram.
• Technical mindset with knowledge of APIs, scraping, automation, and data visualization.
• Proven success in leading campaigns, experiments, and influencer collaborations.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and familiarity with ORM tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Mention, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading, gaming or crypto ecosystems.
