Organizational Change Management Senior Manager Human Resources

Summary:

- We are hiring for an Organizational Change Senior Consultant that will work with our associates, managers, and leaders.

- Change Management Practitioner: Serving as global enterprise change subject matter expert and practitioner to drive and sustain behavioral change for key enterprise initiatives and business transformations.

- Works with OCM Lead and PMs to tailor change management playbook based on function\'s requirements

- Works directly with work stream project SMEs and change champions in the function to execute change management

- Provide support for the enterprise strategy and support for work stream change strategy (comms, training, etc.)

- Resourcing needs will be determined by the side and scope of working team implementation plans.

- Identifies cross functional issues, providing innovative solutions, and communicating the impacts and risks of across existing processes, ways of working, systems and teams.

- Facilitate virtual and in-person trainings for a global audience.

- Lead our Change Read Leader program including identifying needed topics and subject matter experts, creating a template for trainers, and ensuring internal trainers maintain high quality.

- Creates alignment on realities of the current state, and the vision, objectives, and guiding principles for the future state.
