Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager who has in-depth experience in the stainless steel kitchen equipment manufacturing industry -- someone who understands the complete process from design to production, site execution, and client handling. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of sales, production, and site inspection and be capable of leading teams independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage production planning, execution, and quality control. Handle sales and client interactions, from inquiry to project delivery. Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring project accuracy and timely completion. Coordinate between design, fabrication, and installation teams. Monitor and manage team performance, cost control, and deadlines. Ensure adherence to company standards, safety norms, and project quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 6-7 years of experience in stainless steel kitchen equipment manufacturing. Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, and project management. Proven track record in sales and client relationship management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹24,644.89 - ₹70,980.95 per month
