Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the hospital.
Ensure smooth coordination between Nursing, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Billing, Pharmacy, and Support Services.
Implement and monitor SOPs across all operational areas.
Handle escalations related to patient care, service quality, and operational delays.
B. Patient Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure high-quality patient care delivery through continuous monitoring and feedback systems.
Resolve patient and attendant grievances promptly.
Conduct daily patient rounds and ensure timely services.
C. Quality, Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with NABH/ISO standards and internal audit requirements.
Maintain hospital safety, infection control practices, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with Quality Team for audits, incident reporting, and process improvements.
D. Manpower Management
Oversee deployment of non-clinical staff based on operational needs.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, discipline, attendance, and performance review.
Ensure 24/7 availability of critical staff and emergency support teams.
E. Financial & Resource Management
Support budgeting, expense control, and cost optimization initiatives.
Monitor housekeeping, biomedical, security vendor bills, and facility maintenance costs.
Ensure optimal utilization of hospital equipment, consumables, and infrastructure.
F. Vendor, Facility & Infrastructure Management
Manage contracts related to security, housekeeping, cafeteria, laundry, ambulance, etc.
Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of hospital equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with engineering and biomedical teams for compliance.
G. Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities
Support management in planning and executing operational improvement projects.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Ensure coordination during key hospital activities, audits, and events.
Maintain strong communication with doctors, HODs, and management.
