In this role,

we

are

seeking

a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and

optimize

the day-to-day operations

.

The ideal candidate will

be responsible for

streamlining processes, improving performance, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with

team members

to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenc

Responsibilities



1.

Operational Delivery & Performance Management:



Lead day-to-day operations for inventory control processes, including stock accuracy, parts traceability, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.





Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs/KPIs across global plant, warehouse, and supplier locations.





Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory variances, misplacements, and material shortages.





2.

Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement:



Act as the primary liaison with client-side inventory,

logistics

, and plant operations teams across geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC).





Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance, initiatives, and strategic direction.





Proactively communicate risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas to both internal and client leadership.





3.

Governance & Reporting:



Own the governance framework for inventory operations, including weekly operational reviews and monthly/quarterly business reviews.





Track and report performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, write-offs, and fill rates.





Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and client-specific inventory audit standards.





4.

Process Improvement & Automation:



Lead initiatives to standardize and

optimize

global inventory control processes through Lean/Six Sigma practices.





Identify

automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, AI-based forecasting) and work with solutioning teams to implement them.





Benchmark and implement best practices from other automotive/industrial clients.





5.

Team Leadership & Resource Planning:



Manage and mentor a cross-regional team (onshore, offshore, nearshore) handling plant inventory operations, data analysis, and warehouse coordination.





Ensure adequate capacity planning to support seasonal volume fluctuations and program launches.





Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, agility, and continuous learning.


Qualifications we

seek

in you!



Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's or

master's

degree in supply chain

, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.


Good

years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, with

rich experience

in a leadership role.


Proven delivery management experience in a global automotive or manufacturing environment.


Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, JDA, or Infor) and inventory planning tools.


Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Experience with compliance frameworks, internal controls, and operational risk management.





Preferred Qualifications/ Skills



Certifications in APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean Logistics.


Experience supporting Just-in-Time (JIT), Just-in-Sequence (JIS), or Kanban-based supply models.


Exposure to ESG and sustainability reporting in

logistics

and inventory domains.
