Job Description

A hospital Senior Manager Operations oversees daily hospital functions, ensuring efficiency by coordinating departments, managing budgets, and implementing policies that align with healthcare regulations.

Daily operations:

Supervise all day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments.

Staff and team management:

Lead, mentor, and manage operations staff, which can include setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and overseeing scheduling.

Policy and compliance:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

Quality improvement:

Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery.

Strategic planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and the development of long-term operational goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
