Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across [specific departments, projects, or teams]. Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products/services, adhering to company standards. Identify and resolve operational issues, developing innovative solutions to improve workflow. Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals and align them with the company's strategic vision. Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive improvements. Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for process improvement or innovation.
Education and Skills:

B.E with (MBA or equivalent preferred). 15 years of experience in operations management or related roles, with at least [10] years in a leadership capacity. Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and supply chain operations. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems & SAP
