Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Manager - Operations & Development

to oversee and streamline our packaging logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, returnable packaging systems, and business development strategies. This leadership role involves optimizing processes, managing client relations, team coordination, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operations of returnable packaging systems, including distribution, collection, and warehousing Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Manage vendor and client relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring logistics operations Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement improvements using advanced tools like Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.) Coordinate with the MIS and Logistics team to ensure accurate and timely reporting Identify and drive opportunities for business development and process automation Support the retrieval and quality control processes for packaging assets Monitor and optimize transportation costs and routes using tools like Google Maps and GPS tracking Mentor and lead a team to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of departmental goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or equivalent

More than 3 year's

of relevant experience in logistics, operations, or returnable packaging industry Strong knowledge of closed-loop packaging systems and reusable packaging logistics Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) Strong verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience with logistics software, tracking systems, and data interpretation Problem-solving attitude with the ability to perform under pressure Willingness to travel and relocate as per operational needs

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a

returnable packaging or logistics company

is

highly preferred

Exposure to sustainable packaging and reusable product cycles is a plus Strong familiarity with warehouse operations and fleet coordination

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
