Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To conceptualize, drive and govern strategic initiatives for the Operations function
  • To undertake innovative methods of process improvement(s) and launch projects enabling efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement as way of living.
  • Ability to solve for business challenges through process re-engineering and digital transformation.
  • To be responsible for facilitating Process Change Management
  • Ability to deliver projects with desired quality, on time and within budget
  • To ensure weekly governance & update on the project tracking and update to the different
  • Stakeholders involved along with monthly department performance update to senior Leadership.
  • To be responsible for competition benchmarking on best practices and innovations.

Qualifications:
  • B.E/B. Tech from Tier-I Institute, MBA would be plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in process excellence, project management.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma will be preferred.
