Candidates should have substantial experience in standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Six Sigma process improvement, as well as experience in the US mortgage markets. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives, business process management initiatives, and overall transformation of processes or services. The ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively from inception to completion, along with strong project management and time management skills, is also essential. The incumbent will execute projects on process redesign and maximize efficiency opportunities for all departments as part of our corporate continuous improvement program, Innovation and Disruption.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC) to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in mortgage processes.
+ Analyze business processes: You'll dig into how things are currently done, looking for bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
+ Identify improvement opportunities: This could involve brainstorming solutions, researching best practices, and proposing ways to automate tasks or improve workflows. Led cross-functional teams in redesigning processes for optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Implement digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and drive automation.
+ Analyze data and identify key metrics to measure the impact of process improvements.
+ Assist with project implementation: You might help gather data, develop presentations, or track progress as improvements are rolled out.
+ Data analysis and reporting: You may use data analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of changes and create reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
+ Contribute to documentation: You could help document new procedures or best practices to ensure everyone's on the same page. Develop and deliver training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Champion Lean Six Sigma practices and mentor project teams for Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
Manage projects effectively from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive change adoption and ensure alignment with business goals.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Any bachelor's degree - Commerce, Science, Engineering (Preferred is Commerce and Engineering only)
A bachelor's in cost accountancy (ICMAI) qualification is also a good
MBA in Finance, Accountancy, Performance Analysis, Systems or IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence from a premier institute
10 + years of experience in driving independent Green Belt/Black Belt Six Sigma projects and lean transformation projects.
Experience in identifying and executing Digital transformation initiatives.
Exposure to various frameworks and methods for Automation identification, Art of Possible in automation, and Execution.
Experience in driving transformative initiatives in Mortgage or allied banking or financial service business.
Lean Six Sigma Certifications are required along with demonstrated process improvement results (Green Belt Certification is minimum, Black Belt preferred)
Project management and Process Mapping experience
Thorough knowledge of mortgage operations, procedures, and operational regulatory compliance a plus
Strong Data Analytics Skill experience in Minitab, Excel, and Other Statistical Tools
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable with working in a mid-day shift (2pm to 11pm)
