What you would do:

Leading Recon and Chargeback team

Ensure organisation level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances

Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions

Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines

Ensuring automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.

Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis

Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process

What you must have:

10-12 years of work experience in Recon & Chargeback Operations

Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills ( Fluency in English is mandatory )

Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills

Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation)

Experience in fintech/banking is a plus

Knowledge of card transactions cycle and Visa/Mastercard network settlement.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
