As the Senior Manager of Consumer Risk you will lead a multinational team that identifies Risk problems and leads end-to-end solutions related to our Consumers in all Gojek\'s operating countries. You will be protecting Gojek from fraud losses, while at the same time protecting Gojek\'s Consumers\' experience and safety at the platform. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in a highly cross-functional organization that includes wider Risk management, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, Business, Operations & Finance. Our objective as Gojek\'s Risk Team is to ensure a safe and trusted platform that our users can trust, rely on, and love to come back to. Our team consists of multinational and multi-background individuals, working together to anticipate and predict potential threats to our platform and our users, design and build tools to fight against and mitigate these threats, and implement and enforce these systems at scale. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams to ensure safe and secure transactions for our users, our Gojek businesses, and our extended ecosystem. What you will do Lead multinational team of highly skilled professionals Identify Risk problem statements and lead appropriate solutions to protect Gojek as well as its users Build relationships with Business, Product, Engineering and other stakeholders and cooperate on delivery of business priorities Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis on status, health and opportunities to combat fraudulent activities Extract and present insights from large datasets to identify fraud patterns Own end-to-end Risk strategies What you will need 8+ years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles within a fast-paced environment experience related to fraud/risk is preferred Experience managing a team, ideally across multiple locations Proven track record for building and scaling programs from ideation to implementation ability to take ownership and accountability for ambitious goals Strong interpersonal and people management skills in order to effectively build trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders while maintaining an objective outlook Technical skills such as (at least some of) SQL, Big Query, Python and visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio Understanding and ability to apply ML models to Risk problem statements and familiarity with classification algorithms, text mining and unsupervised learning algorithms is a plus About the team Our objective as Gojek\'s Risk Team is to ensure a safe and trusted platform that our users can trust, rely on, and love to come back to.
