Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Order-to-Cash (O2C) with expertise in accounts receivable, collections, billing, and order management in a fast-paced, high-volume eCommerce or shared services environment. The candidate should have strong process governance, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end O2C cycle including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Manage order fulfillment and COD/returns reconciliation in eCommerce/domestic business setups.
• Monitor key O2C KPIs like DSO, collection efficiency, billing accuracy, and dispute resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales ops, logistics, finance, tech) to ensure smooth O2C operations.
• Drive automation and analytics to improve accuracy, TAT, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring accountability and performance delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / custom ERPs).
• Exposure to eCommerce, FMCG, retail, or shared services environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
