New product development

2. Compliance with customer legal/regulatory requirements/product safety requirements.

3. Implementing applicable core tools-APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP during new product development.

4. Control Plan/quality plan preparation & issue and updating the changes if needed

5. Control of special characteristics/CTQs

6. Development of press tools/jig/fixtures.

7. Layout inspection/functional testing (sample/pilot lot)

8. Organizing CFT meetings

9. Engineering management (ECN) and 4M Process Changes management

10. Control, maintenance and issue of customer drawings/specifications.

11. Control of limit samples

12. Abnormality handling

13. Preventing the risks in QMS, products & processes (preventive action)

14. Identifying and implementing continual improvement opportunities related to product/process development

15. Corrective/preventive action actions for product related nonconformities (internal NC/customer NCs)

16. Getting deviation permit from the customer (for new products under development)

17. Corrective action for customer complaints/returns

18. Monitoring and achieving objectives

19. Prevention of Human Error: Poka-Yoke/Error proofing/mistake proofing Implementation in the inspection/testing processes

20. Preventing the risks in the QMS /products/processes

21. 8D/Corrective and preventive actions report

22. Identifying and implementing continual improvement opportunities in the NPD processes.

23. To maintain applicable records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
