Senior Manager - Mobility Supply Development (North and East)

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for building and operationalizing the
repair supply pipeline in the assigned geography.
The role includes optimizing the repair network and routing,
enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation to build
new operational strategies and working models to meet evolving
business needs.

This would entail the entire gamut of responsibilities from:
? Continuously monitoring current repair network to analyse
performance trends and pre-empt opportunities for
strengthening
? Enhancing the repair capability either by elevating the existing
partners or developing new partners who can bridge the gaps
and provide next level of performance
? Leading discussions, negotiations and necessary paperwork to
onboard the partners
? Work on operationalizing the partners through pilot period to
deliver intended performance.
? Managing the partner relationship through effective
engagement and interventions
The measures of success for this role will be to build
? Reliable partner ecosystem (meeting our speed, cost and
quality standards)
? Regional fulfillment capability to optimize TAT
Experience Required
(Minimum relevant or equivalent
industry experience required Please

advantageous)
? Min 8-10 years of full-time experience working with leading
mobile OEMS in the service function
? Out of which minimum 5-6 years of experience should be of
working on building and scaling repair partner networks
? Proven experience in repair network design and optimization
? Hands-on experience in building or managing repair operations
(e.g. managing call loads, service levels and customer
experience) will be desirable
? Demonstrated success in leading innovations that improved
speed, cost-efficiency, or customer satisfaction.

? Bachelor's Degree
? Master's degree/diploma specializing in Supply Chain
/Operations Management preferred
