The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

This is a role within Plan to Perform (P2P) FP&A Reporting and Analytics team, based in India. The team is responsible for delivery of end-to-end insightful information reporting and analytics, across actuals, forecasting and planning for P&L, Balance Sheet, Risk Weighted Assets (RWAs), Franchise EVA and Net Interest Margin (NIM).

The role will be key enabler to deliver the change to the new Enhanced-F reporting, including engagement in transition of existing processes and policies as well as contribute in building the foundation of the new strategic planning tool for the above areas.

The role suits someone who is a self-starter and is able to deliver in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the transition of key processes within the team to F-readiness, primarily transition of the reporting deliverables to the new view.
  • Support reporting and forecasting process transition as part of the new performance management framework and document the future process map and DOI.
  • Transition of existing reporting files from existing MRC/HP reporting system to the new AFO / SAC.
  • Digitisation / transition from EUCs to CRD and Support digital team dashboard build.
  • Exercise right level of diligence, quality control and governance on the transition.
  • Support query resolution on new system and aid parallel run of all key reports and system changes.
  • Support Planning / forecasting end-state processes as part of Strategic planning tool, including scoping out and documenting the business requirements (existing and future) for modelling and reporting.
  • Understanding the final outcomes and embed analysis into the regular actuals and plan reporting rhythm upon transition to Enhanced-F reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • A strong understanding of systems on a technical and functional basis.
  • Knowledge of Tableau / HP / MRC / HPCM / SAP BPC / Bank\xe2\x80\x99s reporting systems and structure preferred, with the ability to run queries against any financial metric.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Dataiku, SAC preferred.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Understands the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s businesses and performance drivers.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to draw out key messages.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset / approach.
  • Team player, in a fast paced and dynamic environment, often high pressured.
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders through active engagement and partnership.
  • A resilient and confident self-starter with well-developed communication and inter-personal skills.
