About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our clinic's marketing, operations, and sales initiatives. The role demands a high level of discipline, leadership, and business acumen to ensure smooth day-to-day management, growth in patient inflow, and achievement of financial and brand goals across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Growth
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans (digital + on-ground). o Coordinate with designers, social media teams, and local agencies for campaigns and events.
Analyze ROI for each marketing activity and optimize for lead generation. o Manage patient engagement programs, festival campaigns, and community outreach drives.
Operations Management
Supervise daily administrative operations of clinics (appointments, patient flow, stock, equipment maintenance).
Ensure all staff follow clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, and compliance protocols. o Maintain coordination between doctors, support staff, and lab partners. o Implement systems for inventory control, billing, and scheduling.
Sales & Business Development
Drive monthly sales targets for all clinics.
Convert leads from online and offline channels into confirmed consultations. o Develop corporate tie-ups, school/community programs, and health camp collaborations.
Monitor conversion rates, treatment acceptance, and patient retention metrics.
Team Leadership
Lead a team of clinic coordinators, marketing executives, and reception staff. o Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews.
Train staff in patient communication, up-selling, and operational excellence.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
5-10 years of experience in managing multi-location healthcare or service-based business.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and basic digital marketing tools.
Target-driven, disciplined, and proactive approach.
