Our training also covers guidance on handling of Valuation of companies, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Consolidation of global operations as per law, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) related topics




We also focus on the softskills of employees. The training is conducted in-house and also we invite professionals having required technical knowledge. Introduction

We seek an experienced and qualified internal auditor to join our team at E.A. Patil and Associates LLP



As a certified internal auditor, you will identify areas for improvements in processes & procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in India.

Objectives of this role

Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, risk management systems and operational processes.


Assessing and ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies in India.


Providing management with accurate and timely reports on internal audit findings, including recommendations for improvement.


Proposing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and identifying other areas of improvement.


Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.

Your tasks

Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.


Evaluate internal control systems to evaluate and detect discrepancies



Present internal audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders.



Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.


Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.


Functional testing for Pre and post implementation of ERP softwares.


Look for opportunities which can be converted into assignments including making proposals and negotiation with clients.
