We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager - Operations to lead and manage teams supporting US Retirement Plan administration (401(k), 403(b), DB, DC, IRA). The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, team development, compliance with ERISA/IRS/DOL regulations, and seamless delivery across key functions such as contributions, distributions, loans, enrollments, compliance testing, and plan conversions

Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications we seek in you

Manage end-to-end operations for US Retirement plans, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met.*
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.*
Act as the point of escalation for client issues; maintain regular communication with US-based client stakeholders.*
Participate in client calls, governance reviews, and audits.*
Collaborate with onshore teams on project planning, migrations, and transitions.*
Drive performance management, career development, training plans, and employee engagement.*
Manage capacity planning, shift scheduling, and workforce forecasting.*
Ensure adherence to ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other applicable regulations.*
Monitor and mitigate operational risks through audit controls and QA processes.*
Coordinate with compliance, audit, and legal teams to handle any escalations or breaches*
Minimum QualificationsRelevant experience in US Retirement Operations with good years in a leadership role.
Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Essential skills:

Deep knowledge of US Retirement regulations - ERISA, IRS, DOL.*
Hands-on understanding of plan administration activities - enrolments, distributions, loans, compliance testing, etc.*
Proven people leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution skills.*
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.*
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.*
Proficiency with retirement platforms (e.g., Omni, Relius, SunGard) and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and workflow systems.*
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is preferred.*
