We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong experience in
media planning & buying
across
TV, Radio, Print, OOH, and Digital
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing integrated media strategies, negotiating with media vendors, and delivering effective campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end media planning & buying across offline and digital channels
Develop strategic media plans
using BARC/TAM
and digital analytics tools
Manage vendor negotiations, rate benchmarking, and inventory planning
Oversee campaign execution, delivery, and optimization
Present media strategies, reports, and insights to clients
Collaborate with creative, digital, and client servicing teams
Manage junior planners and ensure quality output
Required Skills
6-10 years of experience in a
media agency
Strong knowledge of
media math
(
BARC
,
TAM
,
GRP, CPRP,
reach, frequency, affinity
), and media planning tools
Experience in
TV planning
is a must; additional experience in
Print/Radio/OOH
is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret datasets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines.
