• Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
• Content Development: Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, technical documents, and digital content.
• Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• 1018 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing, with a focus on transmission and gear systems.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as required for industry events and customer meetings.

• Experience in the transmission and gear manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics in Maharashtra and surrounding areas.
