Job Description

The Senior Manager - Marketing & Sales will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, driving demand generation, and achieving sales targets in a competitive real estate market. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution, ensuring consistent branding, effective campaigns, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or MBA (Marketing/Sales)
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Marketing & Sales
  • Develop and strengthen brand identity aligned with company values
  • Ensure consistent branding across website, social media, and print collateral
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and recommend actionable strategies
  • Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies including ATL & BTL campaigns
  • Create, execute, and optimize social media strategies across digital platforms
  • Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, PR activities, emailers, and campaigns
  • Execute branding initiatives including hoardings, events, ATL/BTL activities, and expos
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and media partners; evaluate campaign impact
  • Partner with Sales, CRM, and leadership teams for launches and brand promotions
  • Achieve sales targets through lead conversion and customer referrals
  • Handle all inbound leads and ensure regular follow-ups and closures.
  • Coordinate with CRM for post-sale documentation and collections
  • Maintain booking data, competitor analysis, and audit reports
  • Ensure effective usage of Sell.do and timely ERP updates
  • Monitor, control, and optimize marketing and sales budgets
  • Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market
  • Proven experience in ATL/BTL marketing, digital campaigns, and sales closures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
