Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & User Acquisition
a. Own acquisition strategy across paid & organic channels to drive new users, app installs, and FTB growth.
b. Manage performance budgets (Meta, Google, DV360 etc.) to improve CAC, scale FTDs and optimize ROAS through event-based bidding and experimentation.
c. Launch & scale new categories/business lines using funnel optimization, traffic hacks, and segmentation-based targeting.
2. Brand & Campaign Management
a. Lead 360 brand campaigns across digital, influencer, CRM, OOH, ATL & BTL to maximize share of voice and user adoption.
b. Build positioning and messaging frameworks for product/category launches to drive uplift in CTR, conversion & category penetration.
c. Drive affinity partnerships and influencer collaborations to improve brand awareness and lifetime value.
3. Lifecycle & Retention
a. Own lifecycle charter across active, dormant and lapsed cohorts using RFM-based segmentation and persona-based playbooks.
b. Design multichannel CRM journeys (push, email, in-app) using personalization, discount laddering, and behavior triggers to unlock repeat transactions and retention.
c. Improve onboarding, engagement flows and premiumization strategy to drive AOV, attach rates and LTV.
4. Analytics & Growth Infrastructure
a. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, uplift and attribution impact.
b. Run A/B experiments across ads, creatives, landing pages and CRM channels to continuously optimize funnel performance.
c. Coordinate with product, category, analytics & data engineering to shape GTM strategy, infra enhancements, and measurement capabilities.
