Develop and execute strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to align with the hotel's financial goals and increase revenue, market share, and guest engagement.
Manage digital presence:
Oversee the brand's digital footprint, including property websites, social media platforms, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
Lead and collaborate:
Act as a marketing leader, partnering closely with sales, revenue management, and general managers to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
Manage campaigns and promotions:
Develop and execute promotional campaigns, manage loyalty programs, and create compelling promotional materials.
Identify new opportunities:
Find and develop new revenue streams through partnerships with travel agents, corporations, and other organizations.
Report on performance:
Analyse and regularly report on campaign performance to key stakeholders, including ownership and other management leaders.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, along with 10 -12 years of marketing experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and various marketing tools and platforms is essential.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in the hospitality sector with some brand
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are crucial for success.
