As part of their strategic expansion, they seek an experienced marketing professional to enhance brand presence across traditional and digital platforms.Role Overview:The Senior Manager - Marketing will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative sense, hands-on execution capability, and proven experience in building brand identity and awareness at a national level.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a pan-India outdoor media strategy involving print, hoardings, radio, and TV.- Develop and manage monthly content calendars and social media strategies across platforms.- Oversee the release of aesthetically compelling and brand-consistent print advertisements.- Handle end-to-end execution of radio and television advertising campaigns.- Create and update promotional materials including sales aids, brochures, posters, standees, signages, etc.- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support field initiatives through targeted outdoor campaigns.- Lead vendor negotiations, and coordinate with creative teams and external design agencies.- Direct video and photo shoots, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality output.- Ensure branding materials meet design, quality, and delivery specifications.- Monitor competitor marketing activities and propose counter-strategies.- Use performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content for greater reach and engagement.- Craft compelling visual narratives and marketing stories to enhance brand identity.- Maintain strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.Required Skills & Tools Expertise:- Deep understanding of print design and layout standards- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects- Strong creative storytelling skills and visual design sensibility- Analytical thinking and experience with campaign performance evaluation- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams (ref:updazz.com)
