Job Description


The role requires a good blend of marketing, product and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide every necessary support to cross-functional teams - overall planning and execution of Marketing efforts - identifying a target audience, including marketing & launch plans, outlining sales & pricing structures for APAC regions.

What are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to promote company\'s solutions, increase brand awareness, and drive qualified lead generation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events, with a focus on driving conversion and revenue growth.

- Optimize the company\'s online presence, including the company website, landing pages, and digital advertising, to generate high-quality leads and engage with the target audience.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to effectively position the company\'s solutions in the market.

- Monitor and analyze demand generation metrics, such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Develop product messaging and position the product informed by user research, partner insights, and extensive product understanding

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Master\'s degree is a plus.

- Proven track record of at least 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on demand generation, lead generation, and revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of demand generation principles, strategies, and tactics, with hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
