Support Production department to achieve the target
Plan & improve operational efficiency, Process optimization to improve process robustness
Plan / Modify the existing layout for better productivity & Cost reduction activities.
Cycle time & motion study, Implement Lean Manufacturing concept & Kanban system
Support QA/QC for quality standards & documentation
Implement 5S, Six Sigma, TPM & TQM
Process enhancements
New product development in line with customer specification
Support new project planning, design guidance and project implementation
