of playsin Job Summary: Guarented is looking for an experienced, motivated Manager/Senior Manager Operations (Appliance) to lead our refurbishment division. This role oversees all aspects of refurbishment operations, from product/part procurement and recycling to supply chain management, aiming for top-quality appliances at the best cost. The Manager/Senior Manager Appliance is a crucial role contributing to organizational growth through quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Create and execute a strategic plan for refurbishment operations to achieve efficiency in quality and cost. \xe2\x97\x8f Supervise and govern all facets of the refurbished appliance business, encompassing product and part procurement, recycling, refurbishment lifecycle, and supply chain management. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate closely with the fulfillment and customer support teams to devise innovative strategies for meeting customer expectation and requirements, emphasizing quality and on-time delivery. \xe2\x97\x8f Establish and nurture positive relationships with essential stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, and partners) to ensure sustained business success and efficiency. \xe2\x97\x8f Stay vigilant on market trends and the competitive environment to pinpoint fresh opportunities for business growth and expansion and innovation in relevant areas of the company. \xe2\x97\x8f Create and oversee budgets and financial performance for the entire refurbishment segment of the business. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct research and drive innovation to optimize the value from scrapped and managing scrap parts/products, taking the lead in implementing these ideas. \xe2\x97\x8f Guide and inspire a management team and ground staff (technicians and helpers) to attain business goals across various key performance indicators. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or management. Industrial/Operations preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f 3-4 years of experience in the inventory/logistics domain (Appliance domain expertise is preferred). \xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record in devising and executing effective business strategies that enhance both revenue and operational efficiency. \xe2\x97\x8f Verified history of excellence in product/part procurement, vendor oversight, operations, and supply chain management. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership, team management, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a proactive and results-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. \xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to travel as necessary in accordance with business demands.
