Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Logistics!
In this role, you will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide logistics strategy, optimizing distribution networks, controlling costs, and leading transformation initiatives across multiple business verticals. This strategic leadership role demands proven expertise in managing large teams and driving operational excellence with high impact on business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term logistics strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Lead national network design, hub optimization, and cost-efficiency programs
Manage large-scale 3PL partnerships, SLAs, and performance frameworks
Drive logistics digitization through TMS, visibility tools, and automation
Establish SOP governance, audit frameworks, and risk controls
Lead cross-functional steering committees and present KPIs to leadership
Execute strategic projects on inventory flow, lead time reduction, and network expansion
Oversee large, multi-tier teams across diverse geographies and business verticals
Ensure seamless coordination between multiple functions including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
Expertise in distribution network design and cost modeling
Strong leadership and influence across senior stakeholders
High business acumen and strategic decision-making capability
Proven experience in automation and transformation projects
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multiple verticals effectively
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for KPI reporting
Familiarity with automation technologies and digital supply chain solutions
Advanced Excel and cost modeling techniques
Understanding of inventory optimization and network design tools.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
MBA or equivalent in Logistics, Operations, or Business (preferred)
Certifications such as CSCP, PMP are an advantage.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
Strategic thinking with ability to influence at leadership level
Problem-solving and decision-making under complexity
Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional initiatives.
