Job Description


1.Manage all premises in the North & East locations, to ensure that the Premises are maintained as per standards derived including lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems 2.Provide EHS guidance and compliance support to site EHS managers to ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements. 3.Manage Regulatory interactions/issues for North and East locations not limiting to ESI, PF, law enforcement agencies. Etc. 4.Control operational functions like 24*7 helpdesk, site Maintenance, cab allocations, tracking, vehicle compliance, billing & audit, transport safety & security management. (as/when applicable) 5.Drive new projects for upcoming sites for North & East locations, starting with new Site selections, getting the best suitable and optimized layout, management of refurbishment & construction work at site 6.Organize Employee engagement and organization level activities and events to ensure employee connect 7.Measure performance of the business partners as per the SLA and ensure agreement are robust and Task oriented with clear cut Deliverables defined & initiate action if any lapse 8.Manage annual operating budgets, actively manage cost control initiatives 9.Document, monitor and Audit fixed assets at the designated locations. 10.Act as spoc towards Business Continuity Plans in coordination with BCM/EHS lead. 11.Implement security policies, protocols and procedures, review reports on incidents and breaches, create reports for management on security status 12.Track all PR, PO and closure within timeline and process derived 13.Create Installation Plan and ongoing support for all Pan India initiative projects for respective location 14.Manage the requirements of MDs and other deputees Medical assistance i.e Medicines, Hospitalizations, OPDS, Surgeries etc. 15.Organize the residential accommodation for MD and deputiees basis the guidelines provided by SBI and getting the lease in place to ensure seamless relocation 16.Conceptualize New Technological requirements into Plans, like Digital signage, Internal signage, CS command center, CCTV command center 17.Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1.Adherence to scope and Timelines 2.Zero defects on Regulatory/EHS/Local laws and regulations 3.Zero escalation from stakeholders 4.Score in yearly VOC 5.Timely delivery of technology projects as per specified project scope 6.Timely and accurate updation of process documentation 7. Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1.Understanding of local regulatory requirements (legal/Compliance) with regards to Facilities, Infrastructure and Manpower management. 2.Knowledge of construction safety standards and standard EHS guidelines, National Building Code, local laws and regulations, etc. 3.Desirable - PMP or equivalent Project Management certification Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency Project Management Problem Solving skills Verbal and written communication Stakeholder Management Must have Qualification Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University Over All experience in role 9-12 years of post qualification experience in Properties (either real estate, facility management or construction). Relevant Experience with respect to the role 4-6 years of relevant experience in Properties & Facilities Management, Experience in supplier, contract, and performance management.
