Position: Senior Manager - Line Sales (Key Trade Head)

Role Purpose
The Senior Manager - Line Sales (Key Trade Head) will be responsible for overall line sales performance, managing key trade lanes, coordinating pricing, and driving volume growth in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall line sales performance across assigned trades
Manage and grow key trade and key customer accounts
Coordinate closely with pricing teams to ensure competitive and timely rates
Develop and execute trade-specific sales strategies to increase volumes
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements
Support negotiations with key customers and strategic partners
Ensure achievement of volume and revenue targets
Prepare sales performance reports and updates for Management
Work collaboratively with operations, documentation, and finance teams
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in line sales / shipping / NVOCC
Strong understanding of trade lanes, pricing dynamics, and volume-driven sales
Proven experience handling key trade accounts
Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work closely with Management and cross-functional teams
