Qualifications & Experience

LL.B. (mandatory) from a recognized law school; LL.M. in Business Laws preferred. 15 years in legal services, with at least 10+ years in a supervisory/client-facing role in an LPO or corporate legal setup. Exposure to U.S., U.K., or other common law jurisdictions preferred. Proven expertise in contract analysis, litigation support, and compliance.
Skills & Competencies

Strong drafting, research, and interpretation skills. Proficiency in research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis). Familiarity with contract management platforms (Icertis, DocuSign CLM, etc.), review tools (Relativity, Everlaw), and case management systems (Clio, ActionStep, Practice Panther). Strong communication and client engagement skills. Ability to lead teams, handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure. High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
