Manage legal aspects of gold loan operations, including onboarding, renewals, and closures.
Draft, review, and negotiate secured loan documentation: agreements, charge creations, pledges, vault custody agreements, etc.
Ensure compliance with RBI rules, NBFC regulations, stamp duty, and vault/security requirements.
Supervise internal legal team and engage external counsel as needed.
Handle litigation and recovery proceedings when necessary.
