POSITION
In our globally operating team "Learning, Development & Culture", we are looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager, Learning & Development (m/f/d) who will lead the global Learning and Development strategy for our Technology organization across India, Vietnam, and Europe.
This role will focus on designing and implementing a future-ready learning ecosystem that upskills our engineers and leaders in AI capabilities, agile leadership, and innovation excellence. As the global L&D leader for our Tech hubs, you will act as a strategic advisor to the CTO, CPO, and site leadership teams, driving skills gap analysis, defining growth pathways, and shaping a strong culture of continuous learning.
This role is based in Mohali - Chandigarh, India, with regular virtual collaboration across our Vietnam and European hubs. International travel of 15-20% annually is expected for strategic planning, program launches, and stakeholder engagement.
