Job Description

:
Establish long-term roadmaps for leadership development, functional training, and digital learning innovation.
Conduct organizational capability assessments to identify performance gaps across technology, product, sales, compliance, and customer experience teams.
Drive continuous development initiatives that support high-performance culture and readiness for future skills.
Oversee the creation of advanced blended learning programs, e-learning modules, skill academies, and functional training curricular tailored to the fintech environment.
Ensure all programs incorporate adult-learning principles, data-driven design, and digital-first methodologies.
Lead design of onboarding programs that accelerate ramp-up for new hires in technical and customer-facing roles.
Facilitate high-impact learning sessions for mid-level and senior leaders.
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless content deployment, compliance tracking, and analytics reporting.
