Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager - R&D (Design & Development). The ideal candidate will be an engineering leader with a strong background in new product design and development within the heavy engineering, mining equipment, or construction equipment industry, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end product design and development projects.

Provide technical direction and ensure best practices in design, modeling, and validation.

Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team to achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes.

Oversee design reviews, prototyping, and compliance with global engineering standards.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

15-20 years of relevant engineering experience, including team management roles.

Must have proven hands-on experience in leading New Product Development team.

Strong industry background in heavy engineering, mining equipment, or construction equipment.

Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools with hands-on experience in product design and validation.

Demonstrated ability in conceptualizing and executing projects related to new product design and development.

Proven capability to align technical deliverables with business commitments.

Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
