About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior Manager - IT

to lead and manage the school's entire IT infrastructure, ERP System and digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, network management, cybersecurity, and the implementation of innovative technologies that support teaching, learning, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of systems and services. Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions. Oversee network infrastructure, including servers, data centers, CCTV and sign-in systems. Ensure the operational availability of all IT services across the school. Maintain and manage IT assets -- procurement, allocation, tagging, and disposal. Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware across departments. Monitor system performance, ensure regular backups, and implement disaster recovery plans. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding regulations. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the School ERP system to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations. Coordinate with the ERP vendor for upgrades, issue resolution, and implementation of new features. Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve educational delivery and administrative efficiency. Oversee troubleshooting and technical support for staff and students. Provide regular technology updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and processes. Support digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and automation.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft Certification (mandatory); additional certifications like AWS, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 8-12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, and network administration. Experience in an educational or institutional setup preferred.

Pay: ₹25,802.14 - ₹80,000.00 per month
