Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager - International IT Sales

to lead and grow our global client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services and solutions to international markets, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for

international markets

(US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.) Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for

IT services

such as software development, web/mobile solutions, cloud, AI, and digital transformation Manage the complete sales cycle from

lead generation to deal closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Participate in international calls, virtual meetings, and business discussions as required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Proven experience in

International IT Sales / B2B Sales

Strong knowledge of

IT services and solutions

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience in handling international clients and time zones Ability to lead and scale a sales team Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Sales/Marketing Experience working with

US/UK/Australian/European markets

Prior experience in IT services companies or software development firms
