Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced

Manager / Senior Manager - Technology & Solutions

to lead technology teams, own solution design, drive technical strategy, and support pre-sales and sales efforts. This role is critical in enabling profitable, services-led growth across

Microsoft, Google, Cloud, Networking, Security, and Modern Infrastructure

offerings.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership & Team Ownership

Lead teams across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, and Security Build SOPs, delivery frameworks, and reusable solution architectures Drive technical upskilling, mentoring, and certification programs

Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support

Support sales teams during discovery, solution design, estimation, and scope definition Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) Ensure solutions are scalable, deliverable, and margin-protective

Identity, Endpoint & Security Leadership

Design and manage Azure AD / Entra ID, On-Prem AD, and Hybrid Identity solutions Lead endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, JAMF, JumpCloud, or other MDM platforms Oversee endpoint protection, DLP, email, and collaboration security

Cloud, Infrastructure & Networking

Architect and lead Azure and GCP cloud solutions and migrations Design and manage servers, switches, routers, wireless networks, and NG firewalls Build secure hybrid and on-prem infrastructure environments

CASB & Zero Trust Security

Implement CASB solutions (Defender for Cloud Apps or equivalent platforms such as Netskope or Zscaler) Drive Zero Trust security models including identity-first security, conditional access, and device trust

Delivery Governance

Work closely with Service Delivery Managers to ensure SLA adherence and margin control Act as an escalation point for complex technical and architectural issues

Capability Building & Partnerships

Build future-ready capabilities in cloud-native and security-led services Manage partner relationships and support vendor evaluation and alignment

Required Experience & Skills

8-12+ years of experience in IT services or system integration Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Intune Solid expertise across cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and security Proven pre-sales, solutioning, and customer-facing experience Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
