Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Senior Manager - IT Group Services to lead the operations, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring high service availability, efficient change management, and stakeholder satisfaction for platforms including SAP ECC, Workday, Anaplan, Concur, Sovos, and DocuSign.
The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, strong process orientation, and a collaborative mindset to drive both run and change activities. This role will serve as the key IT point of contact for group functions, supporting daily operations while contributing to strategic transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation.
