Senior Manager - Investment Research - 3-7 Years - Mumbai
We are hiring for a Senior Manager - Investment Research. This is a front-office investment role involving growth equity origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and performance monitoring across diverse sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities - * Lead due diligence on growth equity investments, assessing business and market risks.

• Conduct macroeconomic and market research for external risk evaluation.
• Analyse financials, unit economics, and business models of potential investees.
• Build robust financial models with sensitivity/scenario analysis.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor ongoing portfolio performance and conduct periodic valuations.

Requirements - * 3-7 years of experience in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking.

• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, corporate finance, and accounting.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Exposure to ESG investing, sustainability frameworks, and impact measurement.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
