Role Overview
We are looking for an
Elite Investment Banking (IB) Sales Professional
to spearhead our capital and portfolio growth. This is a high-octane role for a candidate who understands the "hardcore" nature of deal-making and asset management. You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing mandates across our specialized financial product suite, engaging directly with Founders, HNI Investors, and Global Corporate Boards.
Core Product Portfolio
You will lead the sales and acquisition efforts for:
Strategic Investment:
Pitching LawCrust's proprietary capital solutions to high-growth companies in exchange for equity stakes and strategic partnerships.
Corporate Finance:
Providing advisory on capital structure optimization, fundraising strategies (equity/debt), and sophisticated financial modeling.
Active Management (PC):
Managing and optimizing
Portfolio Companies (PC)
through active operational engagement to drive margin expansion and valuation growth.
Active Management - Cross Border:
Providing on-the-ground management, strategic guidance, and oversight for global investors seeking to manage or expand their Indian portfolios.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Benchmarks1. High-Stakes Lead Generation
Outreach Command:
Execute a minimum of
40 outbound calls
and
30 personalized, research-backed emails
per day targeting C-suite executives and potential portfolio founders.
Rapid Conversion:
Maintain a response time of
under 15 minutes
for inbound corporate/investment inquiries to capture high-intent leads.
2. Deal Execution & Pipeline Management
Mandate Conversion:
Responsible for converting
15% to 20%
of qualified leads into deep-dive discovery meetings or "Pitch Book" presentations.
The "Win Rate":
Maintain a final
Win Rate (Pitch to Mandate) of 30% to 35%

Pitch Book Excellence:
Develop and present sophisticated investment rationales that align with the LawCrust "Value Creation" philosophy.
Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
The IB Hunter:
3-5 years of experience in hardcore IB sales or corporate finance. You must have "skin in the game" experience in deal sourcing and closing.
Technically Proficient:
Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comps), capital markets, and the mechanics of cross-border transactions.
Strategic Communicator:
Ability to explain complex "Active Management" strategies to seasoned investors and founders with authority and clarity.
Navi Mumbai Based:
Ready for on-site operations in Nerul and frequent field visits to meet partners and portfolio companies across the MMR region.
