Role Overview
The Senior Manager Institutional Sales will be responsible for driving institutional sales operations from the Chennai factory. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional & Direct Sales

  • Identify, develop, and manage institutional and corporate customers.
  • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead new business meetings, negotiations, and successfully close sales.
  • Build strong relationships with institutions and corporates to secure regular orders.
  • Generate bulk orders during festivals, seasonal peaks, and special occasions.
  • Engage with hotel chefs and F&B managers to cater to banquet, restaurant, and room requirements.
  • Explore additional revenue streams, including private label opportunities.
Customer Coordination & Product Development
  • Maintain regular interaction with institutional clients to understand evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with customers to develop customized products as per their requirements.
  • Work closely with the production team to support new product development.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Operations & Administration
  • Oversee customer collections and ensure timely payments.
  • Supervise and monitor factory operations as required.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of orders.
