Job Description

Own the Entire Gourmet of HR process from Recruitment to Exits, Attendance to payroll. Ability to Manage a team of 5 members in the HR team. Ability to communicate with the leaders from other departments. Understand the workflow and create KRA, KPI's for all the staff members. Performance Management System. Organize Weekly, Monthly Meetings as advised by the Management. Grievance handling of the employees. Streamline and submit the attendance reports on time to the management. Guide the team to complete the payroll process on time. Check and approve for releasing the Allowances and incentive for the Marketing team members on or before 5th of each month. Co ordinate with College placement team and ensure Campus placement is conducted every year. Requirements: MBA (HR) / MSW with minimum 10 yrs of HR experience only need apply. Others pls excuse. Male Candidates preferred. This position requires travelling up to 30% of the time. Candidates with good Communication both written and communication only need apply. Madurai candidates preferred and encouraged to apply.
