Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure consistency and alignment with company policies
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers
Oversee site-specific training and development programs, including vocational training initiatives for local communities.
Collaborate with the Site Head to align HR and administrative functions with the business unit's strategic priorities.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of inclusivity and performance.
Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Implement health and safety protocols for employees, aligning with the site's operational standards. * Support community development programs, including education, healthcare, and vocational training, in line with Adani's CSR initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred Mine operation experience in large open cast mines. 12-17 years of relevant experience of prefer - Mining Industry working experience.
