7. Employee Welfare/ Sports/ Engagement
8. HR Records, MIS & Administration
9. Statutory Compliance, Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
10. Social & Ethical Compliance
11. Training & developmental activities of staff & workers
12. Contract Management & wage administration
13. To maintain good service condition of staff & workers & to improve at optimum cost..
14. To maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organisation.
15. To maintain 100% statutory compliance, records under various labour laws.
16. Negotiation & discussions with stockholders, villagers & Local village/ Tehsil leaders on various IR matters.
17. Visiting Labour Offices / Factories Inspector Premises / Other Government Offices for Liasioning and Maintaining Cordial Industrial Relations
Qualifications:
MBA + 15 years of Site HR experience
