Role Summary
Enhances the Organization's Human Resources by Planning, Implementing and Evaluating Employee Relations and Human Resources Policies, Programs and Practices. Maintains the work structure by updating Job Requirements and s for all positions& also Employee Engagement Activities.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
Managing the Manning Ratio at 96% every month
Maintaining Optimum Time for Hiring Process.
80% of the Positions should be closed within 90% of the budgeted cost.
Sourcemix - Direct + Referral - 65%, Udaan (Off roll to On roll) - 15% & Consultant - 20%.
