Our success is driven by our people, and we are seeking a strategic Head of HR to lead our Hyundai operations into the next phase of growth.

The Head of Human Resources is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the dealership. This role provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team. The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, change management, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance within the unique and fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from sales executives and service technicians to finance managers and senior leadership.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in a competitive market.
Manage and enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated and productive quickly
Performance & Talent Management:

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and links to compensation and development.
Create and implement effective career development pathways, training programs, and succession plans for key positions.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Compensation & Benefits:

Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and cost-effective.
Manage the payroll process in coordination with the finance department.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Employee Relations & Compliance:

Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
HR Operations & Systems:

Maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and leverage technology for efficient HR processes.
Develop and monitor overall HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-fill, training hours) to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Industry Background: Prior experience in the automotive retail industry or a similar fast-paced, multi-departmental retail/service environment is essential.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop an HR team and coach senior managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
